Common questions

Do the apps work offline? Yes. Every tool works with no connection and no account, and your work stays on your device. The only online features are the optional industry news feeds in the iPhone and iPad apps.

Is EDH CPD really free? Yes, every feature, with no subscriptions, unlocks or ads.

Where is my data stored? Locally on your device. We don’t run servers or collect your project data. Keep your own backups of important files.

How do I manage my subscription? Trials and subscriptions are handled by the App Store, so manage or cancel them in your Apple App Store account.

Which standards do the calculators use? Recognised structural design codes, including the Eurocodes, with full working shown so every check can be reviewed and signed off by a competent person.

Can my firm add its branding? Yes, add your logo and accent colour in the app’s settings and they appear across the app and on exported calc sheets.
